Comfortable rooms with premium bedding and thoughtful touches like pillow menus and laptop-friendly workspaces. I felt like royalty in my cozy little kingdom. The rooftop restaurant with panoramic views of the Sea of Marmara was like dining on a cloud, with the city lights twinkling below like a starry sky.
Basement room offered instead.

The hotel was located within walking distance of the main tourist attractions in the Sultanahmet area. The shower in the bathroom was always hot. The room was clean. One of the manager's of the hotel had a puppy called 'JoJo' which our boys (aged 5 yrs and 7 yrs) loved.
We booked a triple room plus an extra bed for 4 nights. However, when we arrived we were directed to a room with 3 single beds with no capacity for an extra bed. We asked the manager to give us another room to accommodate 4 people (which is what we booked and paid for). The room we were sent to had a very musty smell. He sprayed some air freshener in the room to freshen it up, but to no avail. We had to keep the window open during the daytime to try to alleviate the musty smell. The room was very noisy: the walls were paper thin such that we could hear our neighbour's every move and comment. The hotel was located near a mosque, so we were awakened at 5am every morning. Located next to my bed, was a concealed water pipe in the post/pillar, so that every time the guests in the room above us used the bathroom, we could hear water flushing through the pipe next to the bed. We asked to be given another room - quieter and less smelly - but to no avail. If you arrived at breakfast at 9am, there was little on offer as the food was not replenished. Every morning the urn had run out of hot water and there was no milk. When I was at the reception desk, another guest complained to the manager that he did not like the hotel, and wanted his money back because he wanted to look for alternative accommodation. The manager told him in no uncertain terms that he got a good price for the room and if he didn't like it, he'd just have to forfeit his money.

The location to major tourist attractions very good. Hotel room rates fair. Staff made an effort to be helpful.
The communication in English with staff was a struggle most of the time. The impression of the room on Internet and hotel very different to actual reality. The housekeeping and cleanliness in room and breakfast area very poor.

A basic hotel but works well as it is only a short way from the main Bazaar, Blue Mosque etc and just round the corner from a lot of the fashion shops.
Food was poor for price

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and shops in the back streets. The rooms were a good size and clean. Despite some noise issues during the night, the overall experience was pleasant. I would recommend avoiding buying drinks from the hotel due to high prices, but there are nearby supermarkets for more affordable options. The abundance of restaurants in the area provided good food choices. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel near the famous Bazaar in Istanbul. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to transport links and all the major tourist attractions. The room was cozy and well-maintained, with attention to detail and basic amenities provided. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast served on the rooftop, offering a stunning view of the sea.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was enjoyable and I would highly recommend it to others.

The breakfast had a decent variety of foods, and the staff in the dining room was friendly and attentive. , the location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and several popular tourist destinations nearby. Finally, the room had a nice, cozy atmosphere that added to the romantic vibe of our getaway.
The room was much smaller than we expected, making it a little cramped and difficult to navigate. the bathroom was not very well-maintained, with some fixtures being a little outdated and showing signs of wear and tear.

The room was quite good, but the window didn' close correctly, so it was very noisy and could be better. Breakfast was good.
The room was not located as showed in the website map at the time of booking. It was ten minutes tramway from where it was supposed to be. I had to leave the hotel. Very difficult to pay with credit card. The staff at the reception told me the card was rejected and asked me to pay cash, but when I checked the card´s ticket I realised the payment was accepted.

For the price we paid, this hotel was a steal! The room may have been small, but it was perfect for me and my partner. The location couldn't have been better - right in the center of everything, with easy access to public transportation. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast menu could have been more varied, but overall it was decent.
